UGH....Holidays and sick baby has made it so hard to get in any exercise. On the good note I had planned on Christmas Day being a "cheat day" even though I don't believe in them. I planned to allow myself to enjoy it and you know what happened???? I still some how managed to stay under in calories lol.

Hope you ladies are getting in more exercise than me....Stay strong and I can't wait to do the January Challenge. Hope to see all of you there too

    Final Weigh-in

    Current Weight: 196.4
    Current waist inches: 41.5
    Current hips inches: 45 1/4 (45.75)
    Current wrist inches: 6 3/8 (6.375)
    Current forearm inches 11 3/16 (11.1875)
    Exercise Minutes: nata

I didn't get any exercise done this week other than a little bit of walking while holding my little one. I did lose pounds this week (thanks to the water I retained the previous week) but inches pretty much stayed the same. I slacked a little these last two weeks but no more....Heading into January's challenge fresh and ready for a new year.

We are ALL big losers, no matter what our results ended up being! We did our best, we struggled, we perservered, we conquered, we gave in at times, but we're still going strong! Together we can all make our goal. This is a lifetime committment, not a quick fix. We're here to support and motivate each other. Great going everyone! Here's to a fabulous New Year and more losses!
