    Got all challanges up to date so far, and tomorrow's walk in already. Will be scuba diving tomorrow and don't have a lot of energy afterwards to do much, but the tricep curls I can do before I leave. Have managed to get in about 25 burpees in so far. Slow with them, but at least I'm getting better.

    OK...pant...pant...pant! 3.2 miles on bike...done! Today's challenge...done! No I just need to force myself to start these blasted burpees!!!

    LOL, Glad to see everyone loves the burpees as much as I do. I dislike the BEAR WALK even more but we want those results and they work. I want my thighs smaller and my buns firm & tight. LOL

    I have been doing burpees with another challenge and up through yesterday was at 28 total for 1/1-1/5. I have also been doing 100 crunches every day 1/1-1/5.

    I didn’t do the challenges, but I did do: M-20 Mins HIIT on elliptical, T-Cathe Slow and Heavy Triceps & Biceps, Loads of housework, W-20 mins HIIT elliptical, Th-Cathe, slow and heavy chest back and abs, F-cathe stretch max with stability ball. Feels awesome! I’m achy everywhere and my appetite is in check after detox from the crap.
    I also managed 3+liters of water each day and kept under my calorie limit!

    My butt is still sore!! But my 6 year old thinks I'm a riot for trying to do these! ha ha I'm glad I could provide some entertainment in our family!

    I had a good week this week especially considering that my Mum was here for 4 days and we worked on renovating our kids old cubby into a new coop for our little chickies. It was hard work but the girls new house is good enough for Hubby to sleep in if he is naughty :laugh: Actually maybe that is why I did well this week, we were pretty much working all day for 3 days on it, only had breaks for lunch and dinner, not much chance to snack!!
