Wow... I am feeling my workout from yesterday. I it!!! Cannot wait to get a walk or more Zumba in today.

Good morning,
I am going to check out zumba from the library if i can find it. i really want to try it. if i can do it i will be getting it for my wii. I have not been exercising the past two days due to sick kids and pulled muscles but am back on track now. Here are the exercises I will be doing for today. I will try and get some walking in also.

got my hour crossfit class in tonight. We did pushpress, hurdle hops, deadlifts and burpees tonight - threw in some extra double unders and then iced my ankle.0
