    my husband just bought us a pro-form ab glider. My mid section is one of my worst areas. Hope I can take off some inches with this thing.

    Well ladies - even thought I'm not a part of Tina Jan Challenge I have participated in the past...and I just want to say Tina is the best...

    I hope you all don't mind me just tagging along side you...

    I have stayed under calories for the week and got ALL my water in...

    I've competed the following:
    Week #2:

    All Challenges include staying under your target calories and you must drink 64 ounces of water each day.

    Sat. January 7th: 3 sets of 15 split squats, 50 jumping jacks & 8 leg beats on each leg
    Sun. January 8th: 15 bridges on each leg, 50 crunches & 5 frogs
    Mon. January 9th: 3.1 miles walk, run or bike, 3 sets of 15 wood chops & 3 sets of 15 swimmer presses

    Along with my own various exercises -- from my exercise on Demand chanelle...

    Keep up the GREAT WORK EVERYONE!

    Remember you're ALL WINNERS if you don't QUIT! :smile:

    I might be out but never down. Will continue with the challenges because i can do this. Just jogged, walked and ran 3 miles in 45 min which is a distance all in one time frame i haven't done in over 20 years. plus the wood chops, swimmer presses, burpees and crunches. i am going to sleep good tonight!! ... hugs to everyone!! keep up the great work!! good night

    Hey ladies just wanted to drop in and say...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...

    I'm still working hard...completed today's challenge as well as my extra 150 crunches...WOW that was so HARD WORK...but it's DONE!

    my rational self is pleased with a 1.5 lb loss as it is a healthy amount but i just wish it was coming off faster since ive been working soo hard this week x ive been watching too much biggest loser i guess lol x

    Completed all daily exercises, sometimes doubling them. Completed 150 extra crunches. Ran 5 extra miles. Total time: 310 minutes

    My scale and the official scale were different. I am officially 150 on both, but on my scale that was only a two lb loss this week, whereas the doctor scale showed a 4 lb loss!! *jumps for joy*

    I am AMAZED at the difference in measurements just after two weeks. CRAZY! I love this challenge. And makes me feel better when I only lose a pound after all this hard work!
