someone posted a cauliflower soup recipe. it is filling and very low in calories. I can post if you are interested. I made it last week, and ate it almost everyday!

there are lots of posts on this.. just search around. Yes it does get better. hang in there. I am in pain also... 30 day shred always kicks my @ss. no matter how hard I work at the gym, I never feel pain like I do after a jillian workout. keep going... and hang in there.

I have a chest strap monitor, (Polar) and did level 1 this morning. 250 calories was what mine said.

I do drink about 1 gallon of water a day. I just don't log it, because I'm always drinking. Coffee and water and sometimes herbal tea or green tea. I love OJ, don't get me wrong.. I just know better not to drink it (or any other juice, or soda). Salami was bad.. sodium is high. Great tips from all. I'll pump up my…

humm.. i always assumed if I ate back the calories, what would be the point of exercising. Thanks for the tip, I will try it this week.

I do have a polar chest strap hrm. 900 calories is about 1.5 hrs in spinning class with core exercise that follow after spinning class. I have heard to eat more.. but not sure which food group to incorporate....

I do have a polar hrm .. and love it. That day was 20 mins on the arc, 45 mins of spinning, and then about 30+ mins of abs w/ a stability ball.
