help w/left over calories
i know i eat too little (diary open) but trying to stay under 20 g of fat & 100 g of carbs. I need some ideas for high calorie foods that are low in fat and carbs...other than protein shakes.... would love to hear some ideas.

Calories burned in May
I have been very active and using a HRM I have a total of 7685 calories burned logged for this month so far. I have been doing everything from jogging, spinning, 30 day shred, arc trainer, soccer w/kids, hiking, and even mowing my no so flat yard w/a push lawn mower.
