low/no sodium soups !!

ok.. I just discovered Health Valley Organic canned soup! I made a big pot of chilli like soup.. I do not do well with peppers, but you could add them to make it more chilli, and more spices if you like. This is my version..
Ingredients:
Walmart - 96/4 All Natural Extra Lean Ground Beef, 32 oz (112g) (2 packages)
Onions - Raw, 1 cup, chopped (1 onion)
Mushrooms - Raw, 1 cup, pieces or slices (1 8 oz pack)
Oil - Olive, 1 T
Health Valley Organic - Tomato Soup - No Salt Added, 4 cup (2 cans)
Health Valley Organic - Black Bean Vegetable 40% Less Sodium, 4 Cup (2 cans)

SIX (6) nice size bowls:
Per Serving: Calories, 347 carbs: 32 fat: 9 protein: 37 sodium: 428

saute onion and mushroom in large pot with olive oil, then add ground beef, cook until no longer pink, add soups and simmer about 15 mins.
If you have the room in your day for extra sodium and fat and calories.. top with cheese! ENJOY!
