Was the 1 pound gain on your home scale and the 3 pound loss at the doctors? This would def account for a fluctuation. If it was on the same scale it could be because of water weight or because you are unwell. Watch your calories and rest and feel better and start tracking again when you are all better.

You've been giving lots of great info. I will only add that I was having the same issue and was working out Mon -Fri. I cut it to 3 days M-W-F and started taking Busy B (Holland and Barrett) B complex and it really helped. Good luck!

Yellow Tail for sure! I love the shiraz. Yum Yum. The way I find new and interesting wines is very scientific...I look at the label and if it's unique and funky, I try it. :drinker: I have found some really nice ones this way, like Little Penguin wines and Wollhemi wines. I just liked the look of the label.

I looked at your diary and you seem to eat a lot of processed food. There wasn't a lot of fresh fruit and veg. Processed foods have a ton of sodium which we all know holds water! You were also below 1200 cals for a few days, try eating more calories, but healthier versions. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've been drinking water like a fish but not moving often. I think I will go hit the treadmill for a bit, I don't want to be outside on my own and have my legs cramp up so bad that someone has to come get me! I need to look into these foam rollers...I use a rolling pin to warm my muscles up…

Oh please do not go to the gym when your sick. If there is any sort of fluid coming out of any orifice uncontrollably, stay home! If you insist on going, please take antibacterial wipes and wipe down any machine you touch.

Last year I blew my knee out and was on crutches for 6 weeks. I set my activity to sedentary and used resistance bands for upper body exercises and lost 2 lbs!
