Definitely did not blow it. Don't be so hard on yourself. Pick yourself and get back on the wagon today with good food choices. Add a couple of extra sessions of cardio this week to compensate for the extra calories.

Since I pack my lunch and snacks, I log my breakfast, lunch and snacks before I eat them. I like it since that way I know exactly how many calories I have for dinner and can decide what to eat from there.

I make the same thing. Sometimes for a change, I will make a Sweet Potato Quesadilla. Just add a whole wheat tortilla and cheese to your recipe. YUM

I know it has been said before but it is the truth. You need to make time for yourself in order to keep yourself healthy and happy for all the other things in your life. Zumba, I never thought I would like this type of workout due to my lack of coordination. Now, I love it and am upset if I have to miss my class. Love the way it makes me feel and the stress it relieves. LOVE IT

I am proud of myself for meeting my goal of being in a size 10 pants by my birthday. Saturday is my birthday and today I am wearing the 10s. Not completely in 10s on every pair but I will take it. I have ditched the scale and my new goal is a size 8. Congrats to everyone who has replied.

Happens to me every month I gain between 5 to 7 pounds. You should let your clothes be your guide more than a number on a scale. That being said, the doctor said no strenous activity.
