                Thanks great advice guys. I have done exercise classes for a while now, the trainer has started to change the classes up which im loving. I do 2 hours on a monday night 2 hours on a wednesday night ad 1 hour on a sat morning. I work 11 hour shifts mon to friday do you think this is enough ? Not sure if I could fit anymore…

                Worked it out iv put my protien up. Fingers crossed eating a bit more will help get over this wee stand still. Keep the advice coming LOL xxxxx

                I know did think it was a bit of a fad, its contantly advertised and actualy quite expensive. Think im just best doing it with hard work and eating in moneration.

                Thats good im managing to stay under with everything else, but protien is in red a lot. If its nothing to worry about ill stop stressing lol. Any tips u have found that is a sure thing to help loose weight please share :-):-)

                Thank you evryone, much apprieciated. I tried some rivita with ham cheese and onion today have to say it was quite nice. For tomorow im going to do a salad with boiled egg and may put beetroot in it aswell what do you think ???

                H I know how you are feelingi Im in the same boat as you. Iv been told you always loose the most in your first week then your weight loss slows down so dont worry about it.                 Hi i love zumba it is such a great and fun way to get moving. Im not that great with coordinated, but the instructor i have is great she breaks down the moves and does them for a couple of weeks before doing another set so u get used to them. Give it a go u will enjoy it, especially if u like a boogy.

                Thanks for all the advice everyone. I had veg chow main tonight which was 814 cals I tried to stay away from fried and battered, also I went for a veg option rather than meat.                 Hi im new too all this iv just worked out my bmr is 1494 and im close to that or under day to day. Im not too sure what you mean by trouble shoot. How do I work out it all out, Do I eat 1494 cal every day, as I find it hard some days. or other days im just not hungry. I apprieciate all your advice thank you.

                Yes diet chef is a home delivery diet, i get all my meals delivered, they have been counted up (cal, fat) . I eat healthy eating the 1500 cal that im ment to, with fruit and veg.
