Hi Katherine, It happened me on the weekend - went up 3lbs too. I drank BUCKETS of water on Monday/Tuesday and I've still managed to get rid of that 3lbs and lose 2lbs this week on top of it so don't be too worried just yet :)

They're selling over here for €129 - I've seen exercise bikes for twice that, I didn't think that was so bad. I'd love to know if anyone else has one and if they get results

Hey Chris I'm not quite up at 4:45am but am up at 5:30 every morning. I start work at 8am and get an hours walking in before I leave for work every day, Monday to Friday You get used to it quite quickly but I would only recommend doing this if you go to bed at a reasonable hour :)

Hi Binky, don't give up! It happened me a few weeks ago too and it fell right back off when I got back on track once feeling better. Give your body time to heal and don't push yourself too hard. You WILL lose it again :)

I always have something small before bedtime and I'm asleep in 5 minutes after my head hitting the pillow, not hungry :)

I went out for Italian on Friday night and had a few vodkas that night also. I still lost half a lb over the rest of the weekend. If I didn't have my cheat treat I'd have given up the week after I started LOL! :)

I wish that was the case Natalie but it's not unfortunately :( 18 was getting fair tight on me before I started diet/exercise. I can pull my pants down without opening the buttons now but not able to close a 16 after 18.6lbs gone.

My goodness, I've gone from 214.8 to 206.6 in a week? I've walked the legs of myself and have done 13 hours walking since last Sunday and it seems it's paying off! 8.2lbs gone! I usually lose 4 or 5 in the first week so this is impressive for me. I know I'll probably slip back to a lb or 2 a week from now on but this is…
