No, I'm really carefull, always weigh everything and if I don't know how much calories it has (for example if I didn't cook it), I don't eat it. All morning I keep thinking if I should eat less or more calories to "fix" it... Oh well..... :-)

@ beachlover - I have started last year, but soon gave up. Now 'm back since 3.jan and so far so good. Except today. (I use app on my ipod to log my calories...) Although no weight loss at all, I'm feeling positive @ BackTatJIM - I didn't think of nuts. Good idea, not very filling, but lots of calories... thanks
