not enough calories today...
Hi. So I'm at the end of my day now (living in UK) and I'm left with 293 calories out of my 1500. Now add to that around 100 because I didn't finish my lunch (too full) and another maybe around 200 for my 30min dvd workout. That gets me about 600! under my todays calories! What do I do?
