Well that sounds freaking delicious. I make my own iced coffee at home. I have a cold brew coffee maker and use hazelnut cream flavored coffee with about 1 cup of skim milk and some sugar free vanilla syrup. Yummy and so affordable.

3/2: 2 miles running on treadmill, plus 1/2 mile walk but I don't count any walking.

I haven't done this challenge before count me in. I've been running 2-3 miles 4 days a week and I have a 5k next weekend so I'll go with 50 miles for this month. I'll be able to increase my mileage once the weather warms up next week. We've been covered in snow and I've running on the dreadmill.

I definitely recommend getting fitted. I bought Brooks Ghost on my own and thought they were right for me but they were causing awful leg cramps/shin splints. I got fitted in a pair of Brooks Ravenna and they feel amazing!! No pain at all :)

I'm cheap but I guess I can be because I'm only a 34B haha. I like Champion's Gym Fit Sports Bra, it feels like cotton but has really good moisture wicking so I don't feel like I'm drowning in sweat.

Haha yes to both of these! I might chicken (or tuna) salad Sunday nights and eat it throughout the rest of the work week for lunch. Sealed up tight in a glass container and it still tastes first day fresh by Friday.

Lol I like this advice. I think people perceive bodies differently because they are covered in clothes. Unless you see me naked, or better yet live in my naked body then you really don't get to have an opinion on my body.

Isn't it crazy the things we worry about before we run? Sometimes I freak out over how I feel or look in my running clothes before I head out for a run. Eat them back. At 1200 calories you can lose weight without even exercising. It is important that you eat back those calories so that you NET 1200 calories. When I was really overweight I lost over 50lbs on a 1350 calorie diet and I was eating to a net of 1350.
