weekdays usually trader Joe's peanut butter & jelly yogurt. Saturday I have steel cut oatmeal & half a banana. Sunday I have a smart ones egg, sausage & cheese on a muffin.

I take fish oil, Garlic, Biotin, & Tumeric. I have ms and am not on any disease modifying drugs.

I tend to emo eat. Not good since I have been down in the dumps lately.

Before I got sick (ms) I could drink coffee and get energized. Now it does absolutely nothing. I try to go to the gym 5 days a week and I have felt so much better. I still have fatigue but it's nowhere near as bad as it was.

Thanks ! I really don't care too much about the stairs not being tracked. I just want one that will last longer than 13 months. I know it might not seem like a lot of $ to most, but it is for me.
