Oh okay, I dont have a problem with eating protein (I eat 100-120g easily everyday) but 248 just seems to be ALOT... though I'm sure I could pull it off with some protein shakes here and there... it just seems like I'd go way over 1500 cals everyday getting that much protein in!

I'm a keto dieter as well, staying under 30g of carbs per day with no fruit involved. I'm on my way into ketosis now. I love it, my body feels alot better. I stay under 30g of carbs pretty easily as long as I dont allow myself any room for failure. I stick strictly to mainly eggs, fish, and fibrous veggies. Oh, and cheese, mayo, and sour cream :)

Yes indeed. I have a PS2, XB360, Wii and Dreamcast. I like action games (GTA, Saints Row, etc) and RPGs the most, with sports games in second.

I like buying whole flax seed. I put the amount I'm going to use in a coffee grinder to make sure I get the omega-3s and the fiber. I like putting it in my protein shakes and in my salads.

Well, twinkies don't *ever* spoil so anyone who steal eats that mystery sweet can hoard whats left in stores and eat them slowly over time... lol! My prayers do go out to those who are losing their jobs because of this though.

Low Carb/High Fat is the best way to go... percentage wise, it should be 60/30/10 (fat/protein/carb) with 30g or less of carbs per day preferably from green veggies only. 1200 calories is way too low though.
