I got at a 20 % deficit of my current BMI and then try and burn 200 calories a day by working out. But I'm not afraid to have day or Keats that I go over. I just don't go no where below 20% and find that reasonable. I lose like a pound a week. Eventually I will go back up... Or I may try zigzagging but I need to read more…

I did get a little sore I did some ab work DVD, and then kind of horses around watched tv standing doing a ton of reps on my triceps and biceps, but I think I need a heavier one for some of the moves.

Your protein shake plus one pudding mix... I like chocolate over vanilla and use jay robs protein all natural chocolate in Choco... Vanilla in vanilla .... And you get quite a lot I put them into tiny Tupperware with lids. Great snack. They sell this stuff now pre made for like 26 bucks what A rip.

You need fiber at some organic husk it doesn't taste all that bad... Add it to your orange juice or something if it bugs u I just guzzle it down quick otherwise it gets thick and gelatin like.

I like protein it keeps me full. The rules I follow are no more then 30 g of protein ia sitting your body doesn't absorb more then that... Unless it's after a work out. So I they to keep around 2o-25 for my light meals and do sometimes go heavier but no worries to me I'd rather that then fat.

It will but slowly. Whole grains etc will help this. Also lower your sodium we girls carry the evil bloat. Flax oil and flax in general will help.
