I try to underestimate my cals burned but Im honest with food. I also lift weights so eating back is vital. It comes off slowly and yes the scale goes up because muscle weighs more. But it takes up less space. :) so it's only been recent ive watched the weight come off but I'm getting compliments. My goal is a pound a week…

As far as the machines at the gym make sure the attendants help you learn the machines. Don't get hurt and don't waste time doingthem wrong. Try kettle bell workouts. You can pick up a DVD, kettle goddess is good, dragon door. It's weight and cardio. She splits the workouts you get a variety and can make your own. But once you get the basics with a kettle bell you'll get Strong. Start at ten if you do.
