I really like the toning or chiseled shows on www.liveexercise.com and the YOU being beautiful - Resistance Band Workout on YouTube. I just love :love: Resistance Bands I can take them anywhere. I can do pretty much all the exercises that are done in a gym with weights.

I finally just figured mine out...I have the New Balance HRT fit Komen; without the strap. Place your thumb and forefinger at the top and bottom of the face of the watch (There are sensors there.) for 3 seconds then it will read ur heartrate

I used 2 do that...but it was contributing to my being inconsistent. Its sounds like your cup size is remaining the same the other is your girth or width around...so take a measuring tape and measure around the bottom part of bra area. and That's ur 36, 34 or 32 sizes. CONGRADULATIONS!!! ur getting smaller girl. Woo Hoo! :bigsmile:

I have a small apt. ( it's just me ) but I just started using Resistence Bands...its like a complete home gym. I do muscle and Cardio. You can take them anywhere...I got a 15pc set on EBay for $9.99 I also, do the stairs in my building it burns alot of calories.

I brought that freakin' Ab Circle Pro and those knee pad things slip off...I could of pulled the pads out of one of my bras :grumble: I slipped of that thing one day and skinned my knee :angry: It says, 3 minutes a day to fantastic Abs I never even got a cramp or anything that showed it might be working,,,Grrr

One of the funniest is that it was time to go underwear shopping and, I didn't know what size I wear...and, you can't try on underwear so not only do I have "goal" jeans I have "goal" underwear. The thing that annoyed me nost about my weight gain was when my tops started riding up my belly...I was so embarrassed…

It could be because you're not hydrated enough...You have to drink tons of water and make sure you stretch those muscles really well before exercising...Your muscles will Love you for it. :love:
