Crockpots are the Best! They also travel well for Pot Lucks. I think between a 5qt - 8qt is good...i gave my Dad my 8qt when I graduated to a larger size and its perfect for him. and besides recipe books there are great recipes online; even crockpot recipes on disk...which i love. Good Luck :wink:

Yes, try muscle confusion: work different muscle groups (1 day cardio next day strength training, etc) keeps you from hitting a plateau.

My thoughts exactly. I asked because my neighbor ordered it. It hasn't come yet. I thought by the time she reads all that stuff I will have burned over 1,000 calories plus, I personally wouldn't spend the money...Like, I did on that darn Ab Circle Pro...I slipped off that thing and skinned my knee! :embarassed: :grumble:

I have New Balance which I thought were pretty good but changed up after I got the Shin Splints also, I have Nike Shox...which I thought would be good for impact but, some surfaces do not feel that great. I think I am going to try something else.
