What a challenge trying to get my walks in... Everyone wants to drive everywhere here in Calif....I try to walk most short/ semi-short distances to get my miles in they must think I'm nuts!

From Oct. 14 - Oct. 18th 6-7 miles having a bit of a challenge getting my walks in; here in Cali. except for for walks to the hospital visiting my mom. Did 3 miles with Leslie Sansone this morning Cw: 220 lbs

I do not trust these new digital scales, Tisk! I when to 3 different Dr's appts once & each gave me a different reading...I felt like Goldilocks & The 3 Bears when she was laying in the different beds: 1 scale to old, 1 to new, 1 way off .... Got home mine seemed just right I have a Sunbeam healthometer Model: SAB910DQ-01

I guess its just true everyones body is very different, huh? For 4 weeks I have actually, been doing well with it no problems (knock on wood) I did have a weight loss spuirt 10lbs in 2wks but I don't know if it was the ACV Diet or going off my pain meds...So we'll see.....??

Take ur Salmon fillets and shake Lemon pepper seasoning on both sides Take 2 thinly sliced pieces of lemon to put on top of ur pieces bake in the oven on 350 between 8-12 minutes

You might want to invest in a HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) or you can Google it which will take you to a calorie counter. Did you know we burn 66 Calories an hour sleeping? :noway:
