It's a shame our little group has shrunk so much but I'm glad I signed up for it - it's definitely helped me keep to a daily exercise routine. It's too easy to miss a day and think "never mind, I'll catch up tomorrow" but it never works out that way, does it?

I completely agree. With started with 16 or 17 and now we're down to 4.
There is only 5 weeks left. With less than 40 miles left are are going to continue on with the challenge and just get up to as many miles as possible?
My new goal is to try to get in at least 30 miles a week.0 -
If you're ok to keep going with the spreadsheet I'm going to aim for 500 by New Year - it works out just over 5.5 miles a day which should be doable.0

Yea of course that's ok Julie. I won't change any info except your weight, weekly miles, and total miles so we can see your final results at the end. This way it'll show which option you choice to start and that you blew it out of the water.

I definitely would be lost without these walking DVD's. It's been pretty chilly out so I couldn't go outdoors because of my son. However, tomorrow is supposed to be a pretty nice day so definitely getting in some walking outdoors.0 -
