25 miles and 173.5 lbs. I don't know but this is beginning to get very discouraging. I keep going even though I am not making progress on the scale. I am so confuse as to what to do. Even though I don't post in the food journal much rest assure I am counting calories and weighing my food and all that. I take a few meds that doesn't work in my favor but other than that my body seems to want to hold on to the weight that I am. I am desperate my answers but can't afford a nutritionist. I don't know.0

Yep Mary it's copy and paste. You won't be able to change anything on there because only I can do that.
As far as checking in no biggie. Just at the end of the week give me a total amount of miles walked. I.E. 25.4 etc.0 -

well i walk yester 5 miles 11-17 today i am not goin to i gained 2 lbs and i dont no y.........all this month i have gained 6 lbs ...........i dont no what else to do maybe just hang up the towel and call it quites i am not a quiter but this is just bull crap...........have a fab day and weekend i am also gonna drop out of the challenge so i will not be checking in no more....sorry0
