    I think I'm the only one in the UK so I'm a few hours ahead of you all. Pedometer in place and I'm off and running (not literally, my knees can't cope yet!)!

    How are you all doing so far? I've only done 1.8 miles so far today but I'll be on the treadmill soon, that will boost it a bit :wink:

  • I'm in! I wanna try getting myself motivated to work out again, I have gallbladder surgery in two weeks so I really want to get started before that happens. Not to mention lose a few lbs. I start running today....Good work out to all.
