LOL, yes the pig enjoys it!! I have had a few debates online and they have been constructive but for the most part people's words and meanings get lost when your posting online and people misread what your trying to say and turn it all around. I just find it easier not to get into debates online.

I agree! Fruit (and veggies) should be the bulk of your diet along with lean meats and whole grains. Fruit is natural sugar and so much better for you than any processed sugar. I would just count the calories and not worry about it! They recommend 5 fruits and veggies a day! Just eat it and enjoy!!

I have the same question.. When I was losing weight like crazy I was working out 4-5 days a week and not eating back my exercise calories.. The problem was that I was hungry a lot. I think this time I'm going to try to not eat them and eat more often. Smaller meals. Maybe that will help me not be hungry all the time!

We all have bad times. Don't beat yourself up and get back to business! I have been working out and watching what I am eating for over a month and have lost 2 lbs! It is a bummer and I want to quit all the time but I don't. Just keep on going!! You can relose that 5lbs and lose more!! Good Luck!
