  • OOPS, I forgot I use a Polar FT4 HRM to track my calories burned, and I also have used the C25K app, but need to get back into that!
  • I use Jillian Michaels workout DVDs (and stream some on Amazon Prime), Map My Fitness, and recently I ordered the 21 day fix package and I am so excited to start those workout DVDs, something new!
  • When I did the 30 Day Shred, I logged it as Circuit Training, general. I also changed the calories to reflect what my HRM said, because it can be overestimated by MFP. Hope that helps!

  • I second everyone else who said workout videos. I work out at home in the living room under the ceiling fan at high speed lol. I use DVDs or stream workouts on Amazon Instant Video.

  • Sugar Shack is the best! Also a fellow RVA resident here :) And Sugar Shack is owned by a guy I went to high school with! But of course the line was wrapped around the building this morning so a co-worker brought in Krispy Kreme! Either way, if your in Richmond Sugar Shack is a must go to!

  • Tara do you do any strength training? I would suggest to add some strength to your cardio routine. That is when I started seeing a faster loss. Jut a thought, I was told I was doing too much cardio and to add some strength and in the month of April I lost 4.5lbs!
