Foot pain with 30 day shred, Zumba, etc.

2 bad days!?!

I keep going over my protein?!?
I have noticed the last few food days for me I went in the negative on protein. I was wondering how the amount of protein is set and if this is bad that I am going over? I always though protein wasn't a bad thing so why would there be a limit on how much you should have? HELP!
