Pre pregnancy- 168 lbs The day I found out I was pregnant- 174 lbs 40 weeks- 210 lbs 8 weeks postpartum- 185 lbs Today 182.2... for a total of 27.8 lbs. 1st goal weight is 145 lbs Ultimate goal is 125 lbs

You can add me.... im 4 months preggo and my goal is to try and maintain 174 until the third trimester. Im up 2.6 lbs from that and my pre pregnancy weight is 168.

You need to even out by focusing on building your upper body. Only do light exercises for your lower half because those sqats may cause to much muscle on your lower half which makes it appear bigger. Look up exercises for pear shaped women.

Now that is a good question that I need the answer to. I have been put on it longterm and I just seem to be slowly gaining weight no matter what. I can drop five and one month latet gain 6 or 7.

Exercising increases my hunger to the point that I never feel satisfied. Is there a cure?

Congrats of your weight loss but ITA with everyone else. Please! up your calories, you will still lose weight.
