Hi. I have an 18 mth old son and I work full time. My days are busy and plans are always changing. I aim to work out first thing in the morning. It is hard when you first start but, eventually it will just become part of your routine. If I don't get my morning workout in ~ no biggie I will aim to do an ondemand workout…

Don't be discouraged. There are many reasons for staying them same, just as there is for losing and gaining. How much time was between your weigh-ins? If the 4lbs was your first weigh-in it could have been a lot of water weight. Stay postive and keep with it you will see results & be happy.

Bite it Write it ~ that is my motto

My weapon of choice in that situation is gum. I keep Trident in my desk draw. Stay strong but, remember it's okay to treat yourself every now & again

I pack a healthy lunch from home, with healthy snacks. I always pack one extra snack then I think I will eat. That way if I do get hungry I have something to fall back on. And, do NOT bring any money with you. That way you have to eat what you packed. I don't keep any kind of junk in my house. If it is there I will eat it.…

I am a lifetime member. I loved the program (the old one) and learned how to eat right and cook healthy. I lost a lot of weight. I kept it off for a few years but, after awhile I slowly drifted away. I felt like 'I got this' but, really I didn't. Once I left the support that helped me lose it, I started to gain. I learned…

^^^^^ This is how I make my eggs too. Works really well. You can make them one day during babies nap time and eat them all week for breakfast. ^^^^^ I love this idea. I am so trying this. I love how MFP is always introducing us to new ways of doing something. Thxs

I love it. It's funny because every time I have wine. I measure it so perfectly but, it never looks like enough for me. So I always fill the glass up...hey we only live once right...lol!!

I always keep english muffins on hand. They work great with PB or an egg. I make my eggs ahead of time, that way all I have to do is reheat. Hard boiled eggs are also great and can be prepared ahead of time. If I am in a total rush I make a Slim Fast shake. I pair all of the above with some fruit and coffee.

 my kettle bell ~ I log mine as circuit. I figure it's close enough and if anything I would rather under estimate my burn.

now I am blushing :blushing: I did in fact go with the sweet. Grilled chicken and fresh green beans.

I run every weekend with a jogging stroller. It does take some getting used to but, it's a great workout. If I don't go out running with my son I take him for a walk & pull him in the wagon. Another great workout. I only do these on the weekends. During the week, I still run solo and love it

YAHOO!!! Congrats!! Be proud of yourself

Take him to a playground and chase him around. I have a one year old and I take him to the playground (or outside) and I play as if I was a little kid. We run around, swing, play ball and all kinds of other fun things. Let me tell you those are sometimes my best workouts.

Check your local library for workout videos. I love that it costs me nothing and I always have a nice selection to pick from. Do you have stairs?? Sometimes I do a couple rounds of up & down the stairs. Be creative and look around your house. You can use cans of soup for weights.

Everyone is different. I used to prefer the treadmill. I would only run outside about once a month or so but, one day my treadmill died. I never replaced my treadmill and now I love running outside. The fresh air, the freedom ~ everyday is different  Although, I live in New England and I know come this winter I will…

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Roadhouse!! I ask them not to bring bread to our table. I do have some peanuts. I always order a salad with the dressing on the side and a plan sweet potato. What ever you chose to order request it to be cooked without butter...they use butter to make everything taste extra good. Will you be able to…

Of course you can!! Become a member of your local library. They have exercise DVD's available. I love that it costs me nothing & always have a variety of workouts available to me. As far as weights go, be creative; soup cans, fill milk jugs or laundry detergent bottles with water (as they start to feel light add sand for…
