Fitbit - yah or nah
I have had a fitbit Charge HR for a little over a year. It has recently started to not count my steps all the time. It might be time for an upgrade...should I stay with fitbit (and if so what model) or venture to another brand? Pros and cons. TIA :)

Too much Fiber??
In reviewing my food diary I have notice that I tend to eat a lot of fiber. I am taking about almost double whats recommended daily. Anyone else in this same boat?? I feel great and am active but, I wonder if it's possible to have TOO MUCH FIBER??

measurements
I have never actually taken measurements. I know I have lost some inches because, I droped a size (& the scale didn't budge...lol). I have decieded to start taken measurements... I was thinking hips, waist & thighs...my question is what do you measure??
