Hello. I am new to MFP. So far I am loving everything about this site. I joined last week & have already lost 2lbs!!
I recently had my first child & continue to work full time. I have started to pack on a few pounds due to the long days or working & caring for an infant. My goals are simple to try to workout everyday (even if it only means taking the stairs) and keeping healthy food available at all times. No more late night chip bindges on the couch after the little one has gone to bed.
I am so exicted to be here with all of you!! Looking forward to a great succesfull journey

Welcome! 2 lbs. already! That is awesome. I am still at one pound but trying to overcome my habit of doing well on week and then
having a WEAK-end ha ha. WE CAN DO THIS!!0 -
