I've found some easy ways to help with 8 glasses of water a day. Just thought I would share them.

1. I keep a glass in my bathroom. So when I brush my teeth I always drink a glass of water.
2. I carry a water bottle & just keep refilling it all day. As I fill it I mark the top of the cap with a dot or line. So I can track my intake.
3. I drink a glass of water before every meal.

    I carry around a gallon jug... seriously


    if I buy bottles i waste them, so I bought a gallon once. it worked... and so I drink a gallon a day

    I've found my water bottle really helps. If I drink out of a glass I never seem to drink enough.
    Just keep at it. I HATED water when I started this. Now I prefer it to anything else most of the time.
  • I cut out all other beverages and have only been drinking water since I started on MFP. It wasn't too bad, but after a while water does get a bit boring. I love adding lemon, but I also just discovered Mio...I know I'm a little behind on the times, I've seen several people post about it! :) It's great though and it's almost like a treat! It has definitely helped me get in more water!! :)
