Hot tea with lemon and honey.
    Hot showers
netti-pot - clear out the gunk in your nasal passages.
    Lots of Vitamin C.

I go for hot baths (sometimes twice a day) and start with Zicam treatments.

I have had good luck with Zicam in the past - but you have to start is asap for it to work well. A good run will help clear things out too. :)

    Immunity Take Care- New Chapter.

My oldest son and husband came down with Swine flu and me and the little ones were stuck in a hotel room with them for a weekend....we kept popping these and never got sick!

    All natural too.

    They really work!!

If you try Zicam - you have to start it before the cold spreads, otherwise it's useless. I have heard that the nasal spray works better than the throat spray, but I'm not sure myself.

I've heard netti pot works good but make sure you use only distilled water. Otherwise you could be contaminating your face!

Lots of Emergen-C and fluids. Try to limit sugar and dairy, they'll congest you worse. Warm liquid helps a lot. Humidifiers.... colds don't survive well in humid environments.

Prayers you get better soon, I had two killer colds in one month and I thought I was going to die :(
