In reviewing my food diary I have notice that I tend to eat a lot of fiber. I am taking about almost double whats recommended daily. Anyone else in this same boat?? I feel great and am active but, I wonder if it's possible to have TOO MUCH FIBER??

By 'recommended amount' is that what MFP calculated for you or did you choose your own goals? I had to reset my goals myself as I am trying to follow Bob Harper's guideline in "The Skinny Rules" to consume 30-50 g of fiber daily. Fiber has so many wonderful healthful benefits, not sure where the "too much" line would be!!

Not a professional, but I feel there is never too much fiber or protein. I aim to get way above my limit on those, while trying to keep fat and carbs below the limit #.

I think this is what I am like, eating higher proteins than recommended but less carbs if possible.

since I am following Atkins guidelines, high fiber means I can eat more carbs :) Fiber is a carb, but has minimal impact on blood sugar. That means I subtract my fiber grams from my carb grams...

As long as you aren't having any bathroom issues, I would keep doing what you are doing!
