    I love her recipes. Have 2 of her cookbooks that I cook out of frequently. The whole family enjoys her recipes.

    I find it hard to find good easy somewhat normal recipes. For those who do use the cookbooks what recipes do you like?

    I only recently started using one of her cookbooks. I like some of the recipes a lot, and the rest I use as inspiration for my own recipes. A lot of it is just using the lowest calorie version of everything in sight, but slightly altering them with what you already have still make yummy and low calorie meals
