Eggs have always been my go to breakfast. Lately I have switched to homemade smoothies. I also enjoy avocado toast for breakfast. But I agree that breakfast is just another meal. So eat what you want. Just remember food is fuel :)

I always ate eggs, with bacon or chicken sausage and toast. But, have lately felt I needed a change too. I am on week two of making my own smoothies (great to drink at home or on the go). I blend spinach, kale, banana, watermelon, strawberries, peanut butter and some water. I slice and freeze my fruit. So in the morning…

We've all been there done that in one way or another. I've myself have just returned from a few weeks of no exercise and lots of junk. Small steps each day is a new beginning. Or take it one step further...each meal is a fresh start. Start small and build up. Good luck ~ you got this!

I have a fit bit charge hr...which in my opinion is expensive but worth it.

I'm a morning runner. Nothing beats getting out early in the fresh air. Best way to start your day!! I do weights at night. And still get a great workout in.

I don't belong to a gym. I do dvds at home and love 30DS! Definitely try it!

I have a 5 yr old who loves to exercise with me. We walk, hike and run together. When at playgrounds we make an obstacle course out of it. At home I let him pick out workout dvds. We each layout our mats and hand weights. I believe it sets a health relationship early with exercising.

Depends what resources you'll have available to you during this festival. I'd bring she'll stable portable items...fruit, granola / protein bars, pouched tuna, bottles of water

I have a Charge HR too and love it!! syclops is right about the download side ~ it's not water proof. Everything is great for tracking and sync with MFP

When my son was younger I loved using a jogging stroller. Now when we are at the playground I play too...there are some great workouts we can do there while they play. Just get creative & enjoy :)

The first tracker I ever used was map my run. I used it for every run and loved it. Now I have a fitbit and only use that. But I think it's a personal preference. Find what you like and what works for you :)

No need to mad or depressed. I consider not gaining a plus when on vacation and you still lost. Stay focus and remember vacations are a well needed break from life.
