  • I have a fit bit and I love it!! I love to track, compare and see progress. Or ways to improve. I have a desk job and wearing the fitbit gets me to love more during the day. It's also helped me stay more active on MFP with logging food. Before investing in mine I used an app to track my steps...which was great except for…
  • I run almost everyday. I change it up. Sometimes I do short runs, sometimes long runs. I prefer trail runs but settle for roads most of the time. You need to find what pattern works best for you but I find variety is best. Different runs work different t muscles.
  • Try eating more protein. Drink more water and I like Amanda_Gx6's theory about the apple.

  • All levels! It's a great add on in my opinion. And I agree with ohwhynot...I always pick up work DVD at the library. Another nice free way to always try something new.
  • I love fitnessblender.com. You can search by time or routine etc. You can do something different every day :)
  • Chicken with roasted Brussel sprouts and brown rice.
  • I do 30 day shred and the Women's Health Workouts...love them :)
  • Everyone has a personal preference and a different experience. WW may or may not work for you. I suggest if you want to try it - try it. See if they offer a free trial. Or stop by and visit a meeting see if it's something you are interested in. Best of luck :)
  • My go to breakfast is eggs with sriracha, chicken sausage, melon (or what ever fruit I have on hand) and coffee.
  • Personally I think your being to critical of yourself...you look great!! I find less is more. I always wear sunscreen and use moisturizer. And drink lots of water. But as far as makeup I tend to use a little eye liner, mascara and some lip gloss.
  • I got the fitbit charge hr for Christmas and LOVE it! I can't say enough good things about it. Syncs great with MFP too
  • I do not log my runs as I figure fitbit has accounted for them. I do however log my weight lifting sessions
  • Reading, running, cooking/baking and spending time with my son :)
  • I belive you can adjust your stride on their website
  • Have you tried marching in place? You can make a game out of it and do everyother phone call. Stay positive and you'll reach your goal.
  • I'm actually baking a whole chicken today. I stuff it with garlic, lemon and onions. Add some chicken stock to the pan and sprinkle the skin with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake at 375 for about an hour or until chicken filled cooked.
  • My go to breakfast is an egg, 2 chicken sausage link, high fiber toast and coffee
  • Yahoo!! I got one too!! I spent yesterday just messing with it and setting it up. Today I mean business with it :)
  • I can relate ~ I've always found it hard to fit exercise in. When I'm not at work I want to be with my son. I started including him with my exercises. I'd lay a lay yoga mat out for him next to mine. He'd play on it while I exercised. Good luck finding a grove that works for you
  • Hi!! Feel free to add me. I have a hectic life as well...between work and motherhood ~ I'm just trying to keep balanced and stay healthy

  • This is a huge downfall of mine as well. I do the same as cj94404 and drink lots of water when I am in a social food situation. I also bring gum with me. Remember life is a journey and we still have to live and enjoy. It's okay to indulgence once in awhile :)
  • Thanks for posting this. I have been having the same issue.
  • Thanks for sharing!! This is a cool website. Not only am I smaller than I thought but, also learned I have a curvy hourglass figure.
  • Personally I am not a soda drinker but, I am a coffee addict. I have cut back to one cup of black (or sometimes sweetened with a little agave) a day. In the begin it was rough going without but, now I don't mind. I really enjoy my one cup a day!! Do what works for you :)
  • These sound so good!! I will be making these in the near future. Thank you for sharing!!

  • This is what I have always done. I was never a fan of all the jared baby food on the market.
  • I used to binge and just give right in and feel very unhappy after so I now I try to take a moment and think about how I am feeling...am I really hungry?? I drink some water. And, if I still really have this craving I will give in to a small tasting of it.
  • I am also a working mom of a 3 year old. I always have cooked chicken, veggies, seasonal fruit, yogurt and pasta. I make both of our lunches the night before. This way mornings are less hectic. My son is more of a grazer eater too so I plan and pack small meals and snacks so he can eat healthy all day. Left overs from…
  • I purchase my in season fruit and veggies are local farm stands. I find them cheaper and fresher. Purchase meat on sale, portion out and freeze. As far as cooking goes...I use my crockpot a couple of times a week to make easy and health meals. Hot and ready when I get home from work. Sometimes on weekends I make up batches…
