  • If I were you I would listen to your doctor and do the MRI. You wouldn't want to cause more damage. When I run and do weights I wear a knee brace to help support my knee. If my knee is really bother me I will do yoga or pillates. Good luck!!
  • I tend not to eat before my morning workouts. I will have a glass of water. When I come back I will have another glass of water, shower and then eat.
  • If you are craving something it's okay to indulge a little. Try chocolate milk or chocolate covered raisins/almonds...I like to pretend they are healthy candy...lol...

  • This week it has been avoiding the Halloween candy...SUCCESS so far!! Every other day...increase my water. Working out daily. Cooking healthy meals. Packing healthy lunches and snacks for my work day. But, most importantly...if I have a bad day or meal I try not to beat myself up as tomorrow is a NEW day :happy:
  • I try to avoid running when it's icy out but, running in the cold is unavoidable during New England winters. I dress in layers so as I get hot I can remove some. I also wear a hat and gloves...I am not going for fashion I am going for comfort and warmth. LOVED the C25K Program...Good Luck!!

  • I LOVE LOVE LOVE my wine & beer!!! I work it into my regular calories (most nights). Otherwise, I tend to use wine & beer as my cheat night :)
  • I love 30DS!! I use it as a rainy day work out when I am stuck inside. I log it as circuit. Good luck with the program!! Before I bought the video I rented it from the library.

  • I have never followed the Slim Fast Diet but, I do keep their powered shakes on hand. If I have a rushed morning and not a lot of time I will make a Slim Fast shake & drink it out of my travel mug on my way to work. I pair it with some fruit.

  • I have an egg on a flat bread with a slice of cheese. A tall cold glass of water & a banana.

  • I perfer to run outside I feel I get a better workout. When I am running on a treadmill I tend to get board & end up cutting my runs short. I find it helpful to actually run the race route a couple of times before the actually race. Helps me feel more prepared for my big day :) Good luck :)
  • I LOVE both pairs but, I would go with the one available in your size. As you don't want to be uncomfortable on your wedding day.

  • We like to go on family hikes. We pick a new place and pack a lunch. We have a lot of fun as a family and get some exercise in ~ win/win :smile:
