How about just give your child a healthy lifestyle. It's never to early to teach your child to eat right & that exercise can be fun. I provide my son with a blanced diet. He does have his share of treats but, we attended a party last weekend and my son picked veggies over chips :)

I try to eat 5 times a day (3 meals & 3 snacks) ~ but, when it comes to when I eat I listen to my body & eat when I am hungry.

Been there & done that. Just get back into a healthy routine. Eating right & exercising on a regular basis. But, remember one bad day won't hurt. You got this!!! :happy:

I do 30DS during the winter months. I lay a towel down ~ for two reasons. Once it's a little bit easier on my joints then my hardwood floors and second it's not as loud when I am jumping around...lol

Def try the 30DS workout. I use it in the winter months when I find it hard to stay motivated. Love it!! Also, check out your local library for rentals.

Look into the C25K program. I loved it!! Just remember to listen to your body. I also like the 30DS workout for a nice 20min totaly body workout.

I have a hat & gloves just for running ~ I don't care if I look silly to other people. I care how I feel at the end of my run.

I used to weigh myself everyday but, now I do it every 2-3 days. I got a little out of control for awhile with the scale. But, I have learned the number isn't as important as how great I feel!! Do what works best for you. Good luck :)

I def recommend the C25K program!! It is great!! But, also remember to listen to your body. If you want something bad enough it will happen ~ it may take time but, it will happen. Good luck!!

I am an all naturally girl of course when I say that I do mean I wear makeup but, very very little. My top two items I can't live without are chapstick and eye liner. I eat one tablespoon on a FiberOne English Muffin, with an apple and sometimes I eat it right out of the jar. Yummy!! I love PB and eat it just about every day. It is a little high in calories but, for me it is so worth it!!

Have you tried the Skinny Girl wines. They aren't too bad and are only 100 calories per a serving. I usually just add some sprite zero to my wine. Allows me to have a 'bigger' glass. :drinker:

Offer to cook dinner instead of going out to eat.

Bring an alarm clock. Wake up early and get some exercise in you don't need a gym membership or any fancy equipment. Try walking/jogging followed by some sit ups, push ups & jumping jacks.
