After 30 day shred

I have 6 more days of 30 day shred left. What program then you shredders do after completing 30 day shred? I am looking to do another dvd.

I started with 30 Day Shred way back in the day, and from there moved on to other Jillian DVDs, eventually just mixing and matching different things throughout the week, not necessarily a "program" with levels like 30DS has. I would often do level 2 of 30DS as part of my weekly workouts.

these days my go to workout site is FitnessBlender.com - they have over 400 free videos on their site, and you can use their search engine to find what you're looking for as far as type of workout, length, strength/cardio/HIIT/yoga, etc. It's good stuff and free, although they do offer programs for a small fee, which are nice as well. I've purchased two of them, and it makes it easy - it populates your calendar starting from whatever day you put in, and all you have to do is go to your online calendar and click play.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks a bunch! This helps. I will probably do a mix of workouts also. Level 2 is my favorite. Not liking level 3 too much.

Kelly Coffey Meyer DVDs are really good. Her 30 Minutes to Fitness series have 2 thirty minute workouts and lots of premixes to keep it fresh.

These 2 sites sell hundreds of workout DVDs - they also have video clips & reviews
