For the first time in my life I only ate HALF a candy bar. First let me say I have never met a candy bar I didn't like so, never have I eaten only half of one. Last night, I decied to indulge myself with a nice Dove Dark Chocolate Cady Bar (my fav) but, realized half way through I had had enough. I didn't need to eat the entire candy bar ~ yay me!!

I wrapped the rest of it up & put it back in the fridge for another days treat. And, the best part was I was able to adjust my calorie intake because I only ate half.

    That's fantastic! It's amazing how the little things can make you feel so good! Now next time you want to eat the whole thing you can think back to this time and think how if you gave in the last time you didn't eat the whole thing would have been a waste. Eventually 1/2 will seem the norm!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
