my favorite snacks are peppers and fresh mushrooms. they are both very low in calories and good for you. when I'm looking to spice it up I dip them in pace hot salsa. again low calorie and you only need a small amount. the other thing is drink lots and lots of water :)

I change my workout as far as reps and weight I lift every week. I also change my routine everyday. I've had great success doing this and continue towards my goal. hope it helps. God bless you on your journey.

looking at your diary the first thing I notice is you don't drink water. I find if I don't drink enough water I feel hungry, in reality it's my body asking for water and is dehydrated. drink water and I'll bet you find a difference.
