if everytime you feel like having junk food you instead eat a piece of fruit you will train your brain to crave fruit instead of junk food. I was sceptical when I read it, but a month later it's working.

My best advise for you is to relax and enjoy the weekend. practice portion control and if you go over you just have to dig in hard next week. Your doing amazing and will continue to do amazing, but sometimes its important to just have fun also. Have an awesome weekend and be safe

there are some great apps (pushups, situps, squats) that will start you at your level and than help you progress. they don't require a gym or any investment in equipment. they will help you set the habit of working out and than you can decide if you want to proceed with it further. your doing amazing keep it up.

exercise doesn't require running, you can do all sorts of exercises and just go for long walks. you can do it I know you can.

I sounds to me like your on the right track. I don't eat all organic and I haven't quit eating foods I like and yes I still have a drink here and there, but in the end I try to watch my calories and exercise as much as possible. I don't have any anwsers on it, except that whoever is measuring you might not have done it the sameway as the first time. my question for you is how do you feel. if your feeling good thats what's important the rest will take care of its self if you stay on track. are you kidding me you're doing great. remember the weak don't want you to loose weight and feel great. snacks will help lots and lots my snack of choice is bell peppers they taste great and an enire pepper is 26 calories.
