Thank your for sharing all of this! This has been a point I have tried arguing for so long now...and people just don't get. Or more like, don't want to. It is poison...straight up! I would so much rather count the calories, carbs and sugar!!!

I think people think they are being nice when they say that...like trying to complement you... But it's a fail! I hear the same sort of things (though I have also had 2 people ask if that was enough. GEE THANKS!) ... And I agree with you. Why can't people just be supportive of what you're doing for yourself??

WOW...great job!

I saw this on the news last night. It made me think of you, just because of the area...never thought in a million years that you would know her! I will definitely be keeping her, and the whole situation, in my prayers!!!

With all the extra work outs....I'm thinking you're not eating enough. Just my thought...

Welcome! I just moved from Mesa to Michigan about a year ago... I miss AZ a little, but not this time of year! =) Good luck with your weightloss...

I also prefer almond milk. I am a little leary of soy. I'm not so sure it's good for women in large amounts. I think the almond milk has a better texture...the sweetened version, though not as low in calories, is really good too.
-
I like the taste, but the texture is kind of icky to me.

From what I have heard, the additional classes for nutritionist (sanitation, culinary, hospitality)...are, like you said, more geared to the service industry. Many with that program work with schools to create the menues, manage kitchens in hotels and resorts...stuff like that. Going through and taking the exam to be…

Good to know about the Goo Gone! I am guilty of having done this myself, twice in the last month!

water, water, water!!! I have noticed that I drink more water during TOM, because I'm afraid of the bloating..and I end up losing. Eventhough everything that can't run away fast enough is ending up in my mouth! especially if it's made out of chocolate.

Has anybody else notice that we are all pretty much making the same argument...but coming at from opposite extremes?? LOL

I have read several articles regarding Orthorexia Nervosa. This guy is so out of whack! As stated above, when it becomes an obsession, a true obsession, to the point that it controls you beyond just what you eat then there is a problem! Healthy eating has gone from a fad to mainstream to obsession in a very short amount of…

Check your settings...make sure you didn't accidentally log your weight as kilos instead of pounds, or pounds instead of kilos. And make sure it is set correctly as far as wanting lose weight or gain weight.... Common mistakes.

When I first started this...I had a pretty nasty migraine for the first week...then minor headaches on and off for another 2 weeks. I had a lot detoxing to do though...and from all that I read, that was the issue. Once my body adjusted, I felt great and was headache free for a month! Hope you feel better soon!

I'm thinking about making it into ice cream sandwiches with graham crackers!
