I'm totally in. Didn't get much extra walking in yesterday because of alllllllll that was going on, but I'm back on the wagon and need a serious booty kick.

take it from a female with large breasts - - they aren't all they're cracked up to be. and the pain i endure from them is terrible. i wish no woman this kind of pain. i am now a DDD and am looking for a REDUCTION to ease the pain in my back and to just make them more manageable. BIG BOOBS SUCK.

LOL: I've also been on birth control since I was that young (15)... and it was originally designed to help me GET my period on a regular basis. since then... who the hell knows what my body is really like. i will admit though -- in college.. i was pretty randy. especially with my current fiance! bummer I'm not the same…

that's too funny! :)

hah Sarah you are hilarious. as for the augmentation, I know that most people's breasts get better during pregnancy. I'm not entirely sure whether you could breastfeed or not; definitely look into that in your research! as for the other end... when i was at my lightest (before gaining some weight back), i was…

hey Em! know anything about what the recovery process is like???

OK... I don't know who might have experience with this, but want some input on the possibility of getting a breast reduction. I am 25, 5'4" and weight about 159 pounds. I currently wear a a 36DDD bra, so you can imagine my boobs are HUGE. Yes, HUGE. :noway: Oh, and my back hurts. Like every day. My posture is ****, and…

hey all! :flowerforyou: I'm Julie! I'm 25, engaged (for another 50 days! woohoo!), and live in Colorado Springs, CO! I have two rambunctious 3 year old pups: Juno (border collie/lab mix) and Moses (beagle mix of sorts). I love life, but lately have been lacking the motivation to work out. I try to eat "healthy"…

hey! :) so i'm totally onboard with this, BUT i'm on vacation this week, so no scale and no tape measure. can't say anything in regards to that. i plan on weighing in the 1, 15, and 30 of this month, but will definitely record here as well. current weight is 159; goal is 140 by my wedding (7/20)... likely? maybe. we'll…

great! i wake up every day at 5AM for work, so i try to get to sleep earlier so i'm not so tired. i do stress a lot (work.. not as much as i used to though!), and i never nap anymore. i'm very intrigued in learning better practices for sleeping!
-
any recommendations on how to sleep better? i go to bed at 9PM every night (usually takes me about 15-20 minutes to fall asleep) but i have noticed that i wake up almost 5-10 times a night (length of time varies). i never get a solid night's sleep. any suggestions???

i change mine all the time. currently set to watch fat, carbs, protein, fiber, sodium. i always change mine based on what workout program i'm doing. i've found that higher protein and lower carbs has helped a lot.

I'm in the same boat-- trying to get down to 135/140 by May 12! friend me inf you're interested!
-
if he's really uninterested, i think you should make him eat better food. make him do exercises that he won't even realize he's doing. it might help. that's what i do with my fiance. he isn't into this site, but i've gotten him to make small changes that have made a huge difference.

<-- i love my rescued babies :) Juno (border collie, 2 years) and Moses (beagle mix, 2 years) are my life! they keep me sane, drive me crazy, and love my fiance and i to pieces. while one is smart and the other is not (guess who's the smarty pants), they are the most affectionate, loyal pups i've known. i will be…
