  • I love mine. Keep it handy. For me it was amazing to see how wrong I was on what I thought a serving size was. (especially cereal, cheese, snack foods). What is great is that after a while you should be able to "eyeball" your servings again and not use it all the time. ~Amy

  • Hi. I love Ryka shoes. They seem to be sized really well for small / narrow feet (women.) They only design shoes for women, so maybe that is why they seem to fit so well. Amy

  • HI! I'm a yank living here in oz. I'm on my 3rd week of MFP. I love that the database has so many aussie brands which makes it easier to input my food items. It would be nice to have a group of us here. ~Amy
