Iam fairly new to jogging/running. I started in April with c25k and will be doing my first 5k this Saturday!! I have had much luck with running (I've lost 45 lbs and continue improving)! I highly recommend c25k!! feel free to add me...just add a message to your request so I know how you know me!

As a respiratory therapist...I would say using you inhaler 4 times in 15 minutes is quite excessive. you shouldn't NEED to do this. I would ask your doctor about changing your regimen bc what you are using isn't effective. 2-4 puffs 15 minutes before exercise should be adequate. I would continure exercising but at a lover…

Im not sure how this is going to go, bc my husband is not on board with this...he will support me, but he will also buy and eat whatever foods he wants to, the same with my son, he eats so little i am happy if he eats anything whether clean or not. I really dont believe in the "certain time to stop eating" rule. I think it can be used as a tool to not over eat, but if your calories are still at ur goal then it doesnt matter when you consumed them. Just keep with it! Im on week 7, can run 25 minutes now. Im still slow though. Id reccommend not to run too fast, run at a slow manageable pace or you will tire yourself out! Good luck!

Week 4 killed me too. I had to repete it. I would focus more on the time too. Run the 3, 5, 3, 5, minutes and walk between.
