  • No, they aren't hard to figure out if you just want to count calories.
  • I don't think there is such a thing as too much cardio assuming you don't have any heart disease or defects. It is possible to overtrain. In terms of high intensity cardio workouts. I do these regularly training at 90% of my max heart for up to 2 hours. Ocassionally I'll hit 100% on hills for brief moments.
  • Actually, you look pretty young. A good chiropractor can do wonders.
  • Haven't had that experience yet. If anything losing the weight makes me feel a psychologically whole lot stronger when working out especially when riding hills.
  • Be consistent as to when you weigh yourself. I do it within a few minutes of arising in the morning. I weigh myself everyday. If you weigh yourself daily be prepared for up and downs in your weight.
  • To get motivated pick an athletic or fund raising event (like a breast cancer walk or an MS bike ride) that requires you to train.
