Have always been told to shop only the outside of the store. Meaning stick to all fresh. So far not to bad, my work out today burned off my breakfast and snack, part of lunch too Breakfast: 2 scambled eggs w/salsa and swiss cheese and 100 cal english muffin Snack: red grapes and mini babybell cheese lunch: Salad Dinner tonight- pork chops- baked or broiled, not sure with some kind of veggie

I take Hummus and carrots, grapes, and mini babybell cheese to work with me everyday for snacks, if I'm craving chocolate I eat a Fiber 1 bar chocolate/oats.

If you must, the healthy choice meals are good for taste but all of those meals are high in sodium. But Green giant makes really good steamed veggie packs.

I've only ever seen the commericals for it and they make it look like its good for you. But sounds like I'll be staying away from it! I love hazelnut but I'm not a big fan of sweetness. My 1st goal right now is to get down to 270lbs by mid Dec and then 200lbs for my wedding day May 19th 2012. HW in June was 307, now at 287. But my Final goal is to get to a healthy weight and get off my HBP pills. Shooting for 165 for my 5'7 build.

Diet pills will help sure, I've done them before but as previous post they get expensive and increase you blood pressure, which could very well cause your to have a heart attack or stroke, you got alot to live for (i.e your baby) you and your husband need to stop taking pills and do whats cheap!
