  • I missed a period when I first started working out... but it wasn't related to working out! I was pregnant. I know it's possible to miss a period and not be pregnant, because that is what I was thinking happened to me. Good Luck :)

  • I was starting to think I was the only one who thought her message was a little ridiculous. The emailer was NOT a bully, in fact, I thought the emailer was quite nice. I agree with the emailer.. and if that makes me a "bully" then so be it.
